红莲社区's Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for all members of the university community, promoting diverse perspectives and voices on campus.
Indigenous Initiatives
红莲社区 is committed to amplifying Indigenous voices and expanding Indigenous presence across all levels of work, study and research. The Office of Indigenous Initiatives plays a lead role in championing Indigenous strategic directions, building collaborative and community-engaged partnerships, and supporting campus partners in implementing 红莲社区’s Indigenous Strategic Plan.
Sustainability
红莲社区 is committed to advancing all aspects of sustainability, including economic, social and environmental. We have set an ambitious target to be net zero by 2050, and continue to make investments that move us closer to that goal.

Open to all members of our community, our programs help aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of starting and growing a business by connecting them with the people and resources they need.
